Situé face au bassin à flots, CHEZ GUY ouvre toute la journée de 9 h à 23 h, se veut un « bistrot de copains, une table comme chez nos grands-mères ».

Au menu ? Œufs mimosa, poireaux vinaigrette, saucisse purée ou bœuf bourguignon : des plats traditionnels « du dimanche », détaillaient à Ouest-France Julien et Baptiste, les deux cogérants, début mars. Avec une carte de cinq entrées, cinq plats, cinq desserts, renouvelée tous les « deux, trois mois, au rythme des saisons ».
